DCHR has an ongoing commitment to encourage employee development, promote fairness, and support the District's strategic goals and objectives. To help realize this commitment, ePerformance, the performance management module in ePerformance will replace the Performance Evaluation System (PES) and Performance Management Program (PMP). In addition, District Personnel Manual (DPM) Chapter 14, which governs performance management in the District, has been revised.
