The implementation of ePerformance, the performance management module in ePerformance that will replace the Performance Evaluation System (PES) and Performance Management Program (PMP) has generated a number of questions from supervisors and employees.  The Department of Human Resources (DCHR) has complied frequently asked questions to address them.  The answers to the questions consist of general information about performance management in District government, as well as information about planning for and evaluating performance.
