Replacement of computers in Customer Care Center
The DC Department of Human Resources’ Information Technology Team will upgrade the computers in the Customer Care Center at 441 4th Street NW on Friday, February 28, 2014. While this work is being performed, computers will not be available to the public after 3 p.m. on Friday for the remainder of the business day. Computer use for the public will resume on Monday, March 3.
The replacement of these computers adds to our continuous effort to enhance the Customer Care “Red Carpet Experience” for District employees, residents, and visitors.
