The Certified Public Manager (CPM) Program is designed to enhance the skills of the District government’s managers and provide them with the tools to be more effective leaders. The District of Columbia Department of Human Resources administers the nationally accredited CPM program. Academic rigor is brought to the program through strategic partnerships with The George Washington University, as well as renowned government, nonprofit and private-sector practitioners who bring the best of leadership and management theory and practice to the classroom.
Online Application Process is open from April 24 – May 19, 2017 (Applications will be screened on a weekly basis for qualified applicants. Points will be given for early submissions: May 1st – 5 points, May 8th – 3 points, May 11th – 2 points.).
The Timeline is as follows:
Application: April 24 – May 19, 2017
Screening: May 22 – June 21, 2017
Notification to candidates for interview: June 22 & 23, 2017
Interview: July 10 and 11, July 17 and 18, 2017
Notification to selected candidates: By Aug 4, 2017
