DCHR Presents Policy and Compliance.
The Policy and Compliance Administration’s (PCA) Compliance Unit conducts criminal background investigations for District government employees, applicants and volunteers as a component of our suitability program. Our program also provides Mandatory Employee Drug and Alcohol Testing services for employees and applicants, as required. We will be presenting an overview of our suitability programs and the day to day operations of the Compliance team.
