Employee Self-Service

Employee Self-Service (ESS), available at, provides District employees online access to their personal and benefits information. ESS is the fastest and most convenient way to check, update and manage employee personal data and benefit selections.

Employees can access and manage the following features:

  • Personal information
  • Federal tax deduction forms (W-4)
  • Emergency contacts
  • Direct deposit
  • View benefits summary
  • Enroll in most benefits during Open Enrollment Season
  • Add and/or update beneficiaries and dependents
  • View paycheck
  • Report time
  • Request leave
