ePerformance Evaluation Phase

The evaluation phase is the final phase of the performance management process. The phase consists of six steps; each step has a start date and an end date. Supervisors and employees should contact their agency’s HR Advisor to find out what the agency’s evaluation phase deadlines are for each step.
