Rodney Jennings serves as the Associate Director for the Center for Learning and Development for the District of Columbia Department of Human Resources.
Rodney has extensive experience in organizational learning, talent management, and executive coaching. He is a proud graduate of two Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs): Alabama State University and Clark Atlanta University, where he earned degrees in industrial psychology, focusing on the intersection of human behavior and organizational dynamics.
With over 13 years of experience in the field, Rodney has honed his expertise in various aspects of human resources and talent development. His skills include crafting engagement and retention strategies that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Rodney’s proficiency in executive coaching has helped numerous leaders reach their full potential, contributing to the success of organizations such as Exelon, Regions Financial, and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
