Civil Service Retirement Plan
All forms for District Retirement Plans, including the 401(a) and the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, are available online at MissionSquare's website. All distributions from the Plan are accomplished via form. All forms are available online through MissionSquare. When the form has been completed, please submit the form via email to [email protected] or via fax at 202.727.9070. DCHR will process your request within 14 business days from date of receipt.

Contact DCHR’s Benefits and Retirement Administration via email at [email protected] to schedule an appointment with a Retirement Specialist to conduct a retirement computation. Additional information will be provided to the employee by the DCHR Benefits Specialist.
457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan
The 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan is one piece of your retirement program designed to supplement your retirement savings. Your voluntary tax-deferred contributions are made to an account in your name for the exclusive benefit of you and your beneficiaries. The value of the account is based on the contributions made and the investment performance over time. The 457(b) Plan is administered by MissionSquare.
All forms for District Retirement Plans, including the 457(b) Deferred Compensation Plan, are available online at MissionSquare's website. All distributions/rollover/transfers from the Plan are accomplished via form. All forms are available online through MissionSquare. When the form has been completed, please submit the form via email to [email protected] or via fax at 202.727.9070. DCHR will process your request within 10 business days upon receipt of a form that is in good order.
