The "Employee Rewards Program" campaign aims to raise DC Employee Health Benefits Program (DCEHBP) participants awareness of rewards they may be eligible for through their health care provider. In partnership with healthcare vendors, the DC Department of Human Resources (DCHR) wants to ensure employees reap the full benefits of their worksite wellness program, which, depending on carrier, may include various incentives and rewards (paid for by the carrier) for making healthy lifestyle choices and engaging in specific health-related activities.

 

Please Note: The Wellness Works campaign applies only to DC Government employees who are DCEHBP participants. Employees hired before October 1, 1987 or who otherwise do not participate in the DCEHBP should consult their respective health care carrier for any applicable rewards programs. Dependents and family members are not eligible for the promotion.
