Our 30‑Minute Meditation Series, which occurs every Monday and Wednesday, will spotlight Eye and Vision Health. Each guided session blends stress relief, eye‑focused exercises, and nutrition tips designed to boost clarity, morale, and overall productivity.

    Seeing is Believing – Believe in YOU

    Key Vibration: Trusting yourself
    Meditation: Seeing what others might not see and trusting your own in-sight, either literally or figuratively.
    Eyeball Exercise: Rolling

    Seeing the Unseen Possibilities – Believe in Your Imagination

    Key Vibration: Courageously stepping out of the workplace box.
    Meditation: Working smarter rather than harder – but not by cutting corners, but through creativity and imagination.
    Eyeball Exercise: Rub hands together, place over eyes

    Seeing With Inner Vision – What Does It Feel Like?

    Key Vibration: Being the change you seek.
    Meditation: Seeing yourself in your optimal workplace happiness – feel it and see it.
    Eyeball Exercise: Slowly closing and opening the eyes.

    Seeing Both Sides – Seeing All Sides

    Key Vibration: Wisdom and Compassion
    Meditation: Considering the adage, “my truth, your truth, THE TRUTH” – trying to see the biggest picture.
    Eyeball Exercise: Peripheral vision – if not now, anytime you are outside – movement, color, size, shape, etc.
