Weekly 30-Min. GOOD NUTRITION FOR THE SOUL!
(PHYSICAL, MENTAL, EMOTIONAL, AND SPIRITUAL BODIES)

Nutrition: from the Latin nutrire – to feed.

Start your week with our Monday meditation classes to help you sharpen your focus and get ready for the days ahead. Meditations are inspired to give your mind a little rest to rejuvenate and recharge.

Our 30‑Minute Meditation Series, which occurs every Monday and Wednesday, will spotlight Eye and Vision Health. Each guided session blends stress relief, eye‑focused exercises, and nutrition tips designed to boost clarity, morale, and overall productivity.

Weekly Themes:

March 2-4
Feed the Body – Alchemically Nutritious!
Alchemy is the mother of chemistry. Every morsel reacts chemically in the body from the first breakdown with chewing and saliva to the last moment of vitamins and minerals entering the bloodstream, until the rest becomes waste.

Key Vibration: Optimal Energy.

Meditation: You are what you eat, so choose your nutrition carefully! Consider all the energy from the seed (or egg if you are a meat eater) to the processing plant, all the hands touching the food, to the packaging, to the transport, to the grocery, to your kitchen, and to your belly!

March 9-11
Feed the Mind – Optimistic Thought!
Nutrition of the mind impacts and reflects outwardly in your life. If you carry sad thoughts around with you, you will surround yourself with sadness, either in the people or the lens through which you see the world. If you carry optimistic thoughts, you create and attract the opportunities you seek for a well-balanced “meal” and life in general.
“Feed the Mind” includes taking advantage of DCHR's “innovative thinking course #1511” or “Growth Mindset Course #1701

Key Vibration: Nutritious Thinking.

Meditation: You are what you think, so choose your thoughts carefully!! Consider checking your energy-driving (versus energy draining) input: everything from daily news, type of music, films, social media, and conversations (socially, personally, and professionally).

March 16-18
Feed the Heart – Favorable Emotions: Self-Compassion and Inner Wisdom!
Emotions rule aspects of our lives that we take for granted as being out of our control but are actually very much in our control.

Key Vibration: Feed Healthy Feelings!.

Meditation: Self-Compassion and Inner Wisdom – pink ray of compassion (celiac ganglion) and sunshine yellow ray of wisdom (pineal).

March 23-25
Feed the Soul – Spiritual Disciplines
Spiritual disciplines are the most effective strategy for alignment of body, mind, heart, and soul/spirit. Look to the master within. No matter what religious or non-religious association you may have in the current moment, every spiritual discipline worth its weight in gold can be found within you.

Key Vibration: High Spiritual Consciousness!

Meditation: before meditation – if you have a spiritual discipline, allow its own personality to guide your meditation today. If you do not have a spiritual discipline, let your first thought when you hear “spiritual discipline” guide your meditation today.

March 30
Feed the Whole of YOU!

For March, we have entered the world of nutrition on the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual planes. Let’s now put them all together for your personal alignment and expression (personally, socially, and professionally).

Key Vibration: Serene Alignment!

Meditation: professional / wisdom sunshine yellow – social / compassion pink – personal / crystalline white. Feel/Sense the rays of light, vibrations, and frequencies in their respective locations and how the body feels when flooded with ray.
